Catholic Recipe: Fried Carp
Also Called: Gebackener Karpfen
DIRECTIONS
Wash carp; salt; reserve. Beat eggs; place in dish. Place bread crumbs, flour in separate dishes. Roll fish in flour, egg, bread crumbs alternately. Fry fish in oil until brown on all sides. Yield, 6 servings
