Also Called: Shish Kebab
Here's a Russian version of lamb Shish Kebab, which is chunks of marinated meat and vegetables that are threaded on a skewer and grilled or broiled.. Allow time for the ingredients to soak in the marinade.
Cut lamb in 1-1/2-inch cubes; put in deep bowl. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over lamb. Chill several hours. Drain lamb. Run skewers through lamb cubes; cook over charcoal or under broiler, turning often to cook evenly, about 20 minutes or to desired degree of doneness.
