Catholic Recipe: Zucchini Bindles
Delicious individual portions of grilled zucchini with tomato sauce.
Slice zucchini squash 1/2 inch thick. Combine 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce and 1 Tablespoon instant minced onion. Place enough squash for each serving on double square of foil; top with 2 or 3 Tablespoons tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon butter or margarine, salt, and pepper. Gather up foil; twist top.
