Catholic Recipe: Superb Barbecue Sauce
This zesty sauce should be made the night before to allow the flavors to seep.
Pour 1-1/2 cups molasses into large mixing bowl; gradually blend in 1 cup yellow prepared mustard. Stir in 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce, 1-1/2 cups vinegar, 2 teaspoons Tabasco, 1/4 teaspoon each marjoram and oregano. Store in tightly covered jar in refrigerator.
