Catholic Recipe: Grilled Ham Slice

Pennsylvania Dutch style ham -- griling glazed ham slices.

DIRECTIONS

Select center slice ready-to-eat ham cut 1-1/2 to 2 inches thick. Slash fat edge at 1/2-inch intervals. Place on grill or broiler pan. Combine 1/2 cup honey, 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet, 1/4 cup lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves. Brush top of ham with honey glaze. Grill or broil with surface of meat 5 or 6 inches from source of heat for 5 minutes. Turn; brush with glaze; grill 5 minutes longer. Repeat twice again. Makes 6 servings.
