Catholic Recipe: Midsummer Punch
During summer people prefer lighter foods, especially fruit. Orange and lemonade juices make up this punch.
Prepare lemonade and frozen orange juice as directed on cans. Pour over ice in punch bowl. Add tea; mix well. Add ice cold orange soda. Garnish with mint leaves. Makes 35 punch cup servings.Recipe Source: Cook's Blessings, The by Demetria Taylor, Random House, New York, 1965
