Catholic Recipe: Midsummer Punch

    INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cans (6 ounces each) frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 cups strong cold tea
  • 2 large bottles orange soda
  • mint leaves

During summer people prefer lighter foods, especially fruit. Orange and lemonade juices make up this punch.

DIRECTIONS

Prepare lemonade and frozen orange juice as directed on cans. Pour over ice in punch bowl. Add tea; mix well. Add ice cold orange soda. Garnish with mint leaves. Makes 35 punch cup servings.
