Catholic Recipe: Spicy Grape Punch

    INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 3 cans frozen grape juice concentrate
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 2 large bottles pale dry ginger ale
  • lime slices (optional)

Here's a spicy grape and lime juice punch.

DIRECTIONS

Combine water, cinnamon, and cloves in saucepan. Bring to boil; remove from heat; allow to stand 5 minutes. Chill and strain. Combine with grape juice and lime juice; mix well. Pour over ice in punch bowl. Fill bowl with ice cold ginger ale. Garnish with lime slices. Makes about 30 punch cup servings.
