Catholic Recipe: Cornucopias

Bread and butter shaped like cornucopias, filled with watercress, makes a nice presentation.

DIRECTIONS

Trim crusts from thin bread slices in squares. Spread with soft butter. Fold edges to form cornucopia. Place in shallow pan; cover with damp towel. Chill. Insert spray of water cress in each.
