Catholic Recipe: Pinwheels
Tinting the cream cheese with pink and green gives a little color to these sandwiches.
DIRECTIONS
Cut thin, lengthwise slices from loaf of unsliced bread; trim off crusts. Tint softened cream cheese with pink or green food coloring. Spread cheese on bread slices. Roll up like jelly roll. Wrap each roll in wax paper. Chill. To serve, slice roll crosswise.
