Catholic Recipe: Asparagus Rolls
Asparagus tips rolled in bread make a nice appetizer.
Cut fresh bread in very thin slices; remove crusts; spread with mustard or mayonnaise. Roll each slice around cooked asparagus tip. Fasten with wooden picks.
