Catholic Recipe: Plum Pudding with Coffee-Brandy Ice Cream Sauce
Plum pudding isn't just for Christmas. Make this delicious coffee-brandy sauce to pour over a store-bought plum pudding for an easy dessert at Thanksgiving.
Heat pudding as directed on can. just before serving, break up 1 pint coffee ice cream with fork; add 1 tablespoon brandy flavoring; beat with rotary or electric beater until smooth; turn into chilled serving dish; sprinkle with nutmeg.
