Catholic Recipe: Neapolitan Omelet
The Neapolitan touch to this omelet is chopped spaghetti, Parmesan cheese, olive oil and garlic.
Chop spaghetti; add eggs, salt, pepper, parsley, and cheese; mix well. Heat oil in frying pan with garlic clove. Remove garlic; pour in spaghetti mixture and cook slowly, turning once.
