Catholic Recipe: Curried Eggs on Macaroni
Served over macaroni, the curried eggs are a change for days of abstinence.
Heat butter or margarine in saucepan. Add green pepper, celery, and onion; cook until soft but not brown. Add flour, salt, pepper, and curry powder; stir until blended.
