Foreign chefs have taught us that the addition of a savory sauce can lift an ordinary food to epicurean heights. This is an easy traditional lemon butter sauce, a perfect accompaniment to most seafood.

DIRECTIONS

Cream butter, adding lemon juice gradually as it becomes pliable. Makes 6 servings.
