Tuna with macaroni makes this pie/casserole dish.

DIRECTIONS

Add 1 tablespoon salt to rapidly boiling water. Gradually add macaroni so that water continues to boil. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally with fork, until tender. Drain in colander. Combine milk, 1-3/4 cups grated cheese, tuna, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, and cooked macaroni; mix thoroughly. Turn into greased 10-inch pie plate. Cut tomatoes into wedges. Arrange tomato wedges in a ring on top of macaroni mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
