Catholic Recipe: Louis Dressing
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup chili sauce
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
- dash cayenne
- 1 Tablespoon tarragon vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons chopped stuffed olives
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon grated horseradish

This dressing accompanies Shrimp Louis. This dressing, with a bit of horseradish and Worcestershire sauce gives a little kick to the salad.
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients. Chill. Makes 1-1/3 cups, enough for 4 to 6 salads.
