Catholic Recipe: Shrimp Sauce

    INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon. salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon. pepper
  • 1 teaspoon. curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon. sugar
  • 2 cans (5 ounces each) deveined shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp. capers
  • 1 Tbsp. sliced scallions

This sauce accompanies the Turbans of Sole.

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients except scallions. Spoon into serving dish; scatter scallions on top. Makes about 2 cups.
