Catholic Recipe: Pimiento Sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Serve this sauce with Halibut Steaks.

DIRECTIONS

For 3 halibut steak halves, melt three tablespoons butter; add juice of 1/2 lemon seasoned with 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash pepper. Slice 1 pimiento into thin strips; add to sauce.
