Catholic Recipe: Pimiento Sauce
Serve this sauce with Halibut Steaks.
For 3 halibut steak halves, melt three tablespoons butter; add juice of 1/2 lemon seasoned with 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash pepper. Slice 1 pimiento into thin strips; add to sauce.Recipe Source: Cook's Blessings, The by Demetria Taylor, Random House, New York, 1965
