Catholic Recipe: Fish Fillets Seville

    INGREDIENTS

  • 6 fish fillets
  • 4 Tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
  • 4 Tablespoons flour
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped green olives
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Any type of fish fillets can be used in this easy recipe.

DIRECTIONS

Thaw fillets, if frozen. Brown in 2 tablespoons of the oil. Place in shallow baking dish. Heat remaining oil in saucepan. Add flour; blend. Add onion, tomato sauce, olives, salt, and pepper. Pour over fish. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Makes 6 servings.
