Catholic Recipe: Coffee-Rum Syrup
This syrup recipe accompanies the Gâteau au Rhum.
DIRECTIONS
Combine sugar and strong coffee; stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Boil 3 minutes; cool. Add rum. Spoon over warm Gateau ah Rhum, as per instructions.
