Catholic Recipe: Ricotta Filling

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, grated
  • few drops almond extract

This is the ricotta filling for the St. Joseph's Cream Puffs.

DIRECTIONS

Combine ricotta and sugar. Mix thoroughly. Stir in grated chocolate and flavoring.
