Catholic Recipe: Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add potatoes, and boil 25 minutes or until soft. Drain well.

Place potatoes, garlic, butter, salt, pepper and half-and-half in an electric blender or mixer. Blend until smooth or to your desired consistency.
