A classic dessert, simple to make, for nameday celebrations of those named Margaret, Mary Margaret, Margaret Mary, Maria Marguerite, Margaret, Gretchen, Margo, Margie, Marjory, Margharita, Greta, Megan, Meg, Daisy and Pearl.

DIRECTIONS

Serve vanilla ice cream in champagne glasses. Cover ice cream with whipped cream, sweetened, flavored with pistachio, and tinted very light green. Garnish with pistachio nuts or Malaga grapes cut in halves.
