Catholic Recipe: Mulled Bishop's Wyn
A favorite for the cooler months, to serve on the feasts of bishops, particularly St. Martin of Tours (November 11) and St. Nicholas (December 6).
DIRECTIONS
Break cinnamon into small pieces. Simmer wine, cloves, and cinnamon for about 5 minutes. Strain wine. Serve Hot.
