Catholic Recipe: Noodles and Sauerkraut

DIRECTIONS

Sauté onions in butter in skillet 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat sauerkraut in saucepan to serving temperature. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. Combine onions, sauerkraut, noodles. Toss together thoroughly. Salt to taste. Yield, 4 servings
