Catholic Recipe: Asparagi alla Milanese (Milan Asparagus)
DIRECTIONS
Place cooked asparagus in oven-proof dish. Dot with butter; season. Place 5 minutes in 500° oven. Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts. Serve immediately. Yield, 4 servings
