TIME, ECCLESIASTICAL
Calculation of periods of time in canon law. Accordingly a day is understood to consist of twenty-four continuous hours, starting from midnight; a week is seven days; a month is thirty days, and a year is 365 days, unless the month and year are specified to be taken as they are in the calendar.
