SIMPLE UNITIVE WAY
Also called the active unitive way, it is characterized by the cultivation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit and by the simplification of prayer. Although not habitually enjoying infused contemplation, a person in the simple unitive way is intimately united with God and docile to the inspirations of the Holy Spirit.
