PRUDENTIAL CERTITUDE
Assent based on sufficient evidence to justify a reasonable person acting in a certain way as regards one's own or someone else's welfare. It is high probability founded on ordinary diligence in examining the available evidence and motivated by good will in the practical affairs of daily life.
