PROFESSED
Those persons in a religious community who have been admitted to the vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience. In some orders, however, the term is reserved for those religious who have lived in their communities for a definite period of time after the taking of their vows. But generally they are said to be "finally professed" or "first professed" or "junior professed."
