POSITIVE INTERNATIONAL LAW
Those aspects of the law of nations which are the result of express or tacit agreements made between nations and are not directly deducible from the natural law. Such would be the diplomatic immunity accorded ambassadors, or the internment of warships by neutrals in time of war.
