PONTIFICALIA INSIGNIA
Apostolic Letter of Pope Paul VI, decreeing who, besides bishops, may use pontifical (episcopal) vestments and ritual. There was vast reduction in such privileges regarding abbots and various prelates (June 21, 1968).
