PONTIFICAL COMMISSION FOR RUSSIA
Established in 1930 by Pope Pius XI, it deals with Catholic ecclesiastical affairs in Russia. In 1934 it was commissioned to care for the liturgical books and to concern itself with the needs of the Russian faithful of the Latin Rite.
