PETITIONS TO THE HOLY SEE
The right of the faithful to petition the Holy See on any matter at any time. Requests are normally submitted through the local ordinary, who in turn communicates the petition to the appropriate Roman congregation or commission. But every Catholic may write directly to the Pope or any official at the Vatican and be assured that his or her request is given due consideration.
