MATRIMONIUM NON CONSUMMATUM
A marriage that has been validly contracted but not consummated by natural marital intercourse. such a marriage may be dispensed for a just cause by the Pope at the request of either party or dissolved ipso jure (by the law itself) through a solemn vow of religious profession.
