MASS FOR THE PEOPLE
This is a Mass that pastors and others must celebrate, applying it for the intention of the people entrusted to their care. This Mass is to be offered on all Sundays and holy days celebrated as feasts of obligation in a country. Among those bound by the obligation are resident bishops, abbots, and administrators of a diocese or parish when vacant.
