MASS, CONCLUSION OF
Closing rites of the Eucharistic liturgy. The priest greets the people and gives them a blessing. On special occasions he may add a solemn form of benediction. His last action is a formal dismissal of the faithful, bidding them return to their daily lives of good works, praising and blessing God.
