LEGITIMATE MARRIAGE
A true natural marriage between two parties, neither of whom is baptized. Such also is a marriage validly contracted by a baptized person with one who is not baptized. In this case, even the baptized party does not receive the sacrament. The marital bond is said to be a natural one.
