ENTRUSTED SECRET
A truth or fact that a person learns after an explicit or tacit agreement that secrecy would be observed. To this category belong professional secrets, as in the medical or legal profession, and other instances where it is assumed that information received will be kept confidential. Entrusted secrets bind under grave sin.
