CHARISMA
Strong personal appeal or magnetism that is possessed by some people and that resembles the supernatural charisms known to Christian revelation. It is more often used in the form of "charismatic" to describe such persons. They can influence others almost without trying and their ability to do so seems to partake of the miraculous. (Etym. Greek charisma, favor, gift.)
