Famous eighth- to ninth-century manuscript containing two lives of St. Patrick (389-461), a life of St. Martin of Tours (315-97), and a non-Vulgate text of the New Testament. Used for centuries in giving testimony and administering oaths of office. Now in Trinity College, Dublin. (Ad-Mach, Hill of Mach, a legendary queen.)
