In the tender compassion of our God

At all times of the year, but in Lent particularly, I find this section of the Canticle of Zechariah very compelling and comforting!
In the tender compassion of our God
the dawn from on high shall break upon us,
to shine on those who dwell in darkness
and the shadow of death,
and guide our feet into the way of peace.
