Under its own rules, the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts must render a decision on same-sex marriage no later than this coming Monday, July 14.
(Of course the SJC could ignore the rules-- the way it ignores the written constitution-- but in this case the justices are more likely leaping like a stag toward their conclusion.)
July 14: Does that date ring a bell? Yup: Bastille Day. The French revolutionaries stormed the prison, and let loose.... What did they let loose? A lot. Not all nice.
Well, you heard it here first. Mark your calendar. July 14.
