Britain's Telegraph reports on another educational advance.
The Independent Advisory Group on Teenage Pregnancy, which tracks the progress of the Government strategy, wants sex education for infants to be "rooted" by law in lessons on relationships. ... At present, many primary schools teach four- to seven-year-olds that "humans can produce offspring". Between seven and 11, pupils learn more about human reproduction and HIV.
And HIV. Great, isn't it, to think that the birds-and-the-bees talk now includes rectal bleeding and tissue tears, and the minds of children have this universe opened to them with protease inhibitors in the foreground.
