Safe... for now

It's late Friday afternoon, and the court offices are closed for the day. So this day-- the feast of St. Benedict-- is not going to be the historic occasion when the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts declares that homosexuals must be allowed the right to legal "marriage."
The court's decision is coming-- soon-- and the result certainly seems to be a foregone conclusion. But not today.
