Grahmann: No, because I did not have that background information. The information I had was there was a policy of anyone staying at the rectory.
Turley: I guess that until you open the file, you're not likely to ever get that background --
Grahmann: That's correct.
Turley. -- information, are you?
Grahmann: But there was no reason for me to look in the file.
