AP reports that Msgr. Paul Langsfeld, vice rector of Mount St. Mary's Seminary in Emmitsburg, Md., has been named rector of the Josephinum near Columbus, Oh. Msgr. Langsfeld has spoken at a Fellowship of Catholic Scholars convention.
