from someone who knows, take it

Are you looking for financial advice? These days, who isn't?
So it's comforting to know that there are experts available to address your concerns. Reliable folks, who advertise in the parish bulletin and-- who knows?-- might have strong connections with the Church.
Best of all, it's good to know that the advice might come from someone who-- prior to an unexpected career change-- managed to bring home an annual income 70% above his listed salary, and draw $36,000 in expenses for the upkeep of a home in which he did not live. Now that's what I call expertise.
