Talking about Touching
By Domenico Bettinelli, Jr. (articles ) | June 02, 2003 2:00 PM
It seems everybody is talking about "Talking about Touching," the controversial new, mandatory program the Archdiocese of Boston is setting up in parochial schools and parish religious education. Although, I broke the story on my web site, it's been getting lots of play in other media, which is a good thing since the more people that know about it, the more likely it is to get quashed.
But now, the June issue of Catholic World Report has my story on this program and it's available on this site (here). In it I expose the roots of the Committee for Children, the non-profit that developed the program, as well as highlights the moves by the Archdiocese of Boston to force the program on parents.
