Yesterday the Holy See announced that Robert Morlino, Bishop of Helena, will become the new bishop of Madison, Wisconsin, replacing Bishop William Bullock. Morlino, a former Jesuit, with the doctorate in moral theology from the Gregorian University, is among the most orthodox of the U.S. bishops.
